South Australia produces 75% of Australia’s premium bottled wine and our list is predominantly South Australian with a respectable selection of old-world wines.
Importantly our list represents some very fine examples of hot climate European varietals produced in South Australia by companies who have had a very long commitment to dry climate varieties.
We are constantly tasting new and interesting wines and write our wine list with the determination that it should have a broad range of prices from modest to indulgent.
On our list an inexpensive wine does not mean a bad wine, but rather that we have been able to source a great wine that can be sold for a modest price.
For the indulgent, there is an excellent back vintage selection and a broad selection of sparkling wines and French Champagnes. Single malt and cognac lovers have not been forgotten and our barman enjoys making classical and exotic cocktails.
